Delivery Rates

A standard delivery fee will be applied at SGD30 per trip. This standard delivery rate does not apply to specific restricted zone areas delivery and does not include any other delivery surcharges, if there is any.

Additional delivery fees may also apply for delivery to units without lift landing. Kindly check in with us for the rates. In the event of an unexpected situation (e.g. lift breakdown), our delivery team will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If we proceed with the delivery using the staircase, additional charges apply.

For Moduspace items are delivered in flat packs. However, if you would like your cases to be assembled before delivery, this can be arranged with additional costs. We also provide on-site installation for the assembled unit. Kindly check in with us for the assembly costs and installation costs.

All surcharges are to be paid separately and are non-refundable.

Delivery Locations

Hobbyz Dimension currently ships to most residential and commercial street addresses in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Jurong island and off-shore locations.

Delivery Dates and Times

Hobbyz Dimension delivers between Monday to Sunday, including weekends. Our team will try our best to deliver within the time range arranged but should there be any changes due to traffic or weather conditions, we will seek to notify you as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time proposed to you before delivery is usually dependent on the area zone of your delivery address.

Self collection

There will be no delivery charges for items that are self-collected. Please make an appointment for self-collection with our customer service team. Collection venue will be text to buyer before collection date.
